Everton will have to improve massively from the game against Liverpool if they want to have any chance of reaching the FA Cup final. The game at Liverpool was one of the poorest Merseyside derby and fans will be frustrated if there is a repeat of such performance against Manchester United. Martinez was keen to recognize that his team was poor against Liverpool, and they did not show any determination and aggression. However, he believes that he will get a response from his team in the semi-final and that they should be able to put in a much-improved performance.
